Access and payments

Platform access is granted when a valid purchase is made through ThriveCart and an access code is issued to your email. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Refund policy: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases. If you've started the course and genuinely feel it isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll provide a full refund — no hard feelings and no lengthy process. After 14 days, refunds are considered at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

Payment plans: If you purchase on a payment plan, you are committing to all instalments. Cancelling a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Workshop membership: Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days in the current month.
